My career includes Apple, Microsoft, Juniper Networks, Etihad Airways, Upstream Systems and M42, with work across recruitment, country operations and people systems.
Alongside client work, I advised on the Hyring.ai product, market development and expanded the service offering. I am also developing Learn, including the Licence to Hire training series.
The name / Outside work
Why Aretia?
A name shaped by alpine ridges and the work of climbing them.
Aretia comes from arete, the Greek concept of excellence. The identity also draws on alpine ridges and mountains: a connection to the places I love and the standards I bring to the work.
I trek and hike, and have climbed many mountains at 4,000, 5,000 and 6,000 metres, as well as one at 7,000 metres.
The name brings those ideas together: excellence in the work and the perspective shaped by mountains.
